  • Can I design an item on my phone or tablet?
    Our mobile customizer is limited at this point. For the best experience, please visit our site from a laptop or desktop computer instead. If you don’t have access to a computer, no worries! Send us a message and we’ll work with you to create the perfect design!

  • How much do you charge for Shipping?
    Shipping will be calculated once you add items to your cart. To view shipping cost, go to your cart and choose the “estimate shipping” button under OPTIONS.

  • How long will it take my item to ship?
    Most of our items will ship within 2-4 business days. Some of our larger items, such as the bedding, will ship within 7-10 business days. (Please note: business days do not include weekends or holidays.) During PEAK season (typically Thanksgiving through New Years) please plan for extended lead times. Some of our items may take 3-4 weeks to ship during the busy season. If you have a question about a specific item, please email us (info@littlegoddessboutique.com) and we will give you our current lead time.

  • What shipping service do you use?
    We use USPS…First Class or Priority, depending on size/weight. Some of our larger items will be shipped UPS or FedEx.

  • Can I change/customize the design?
    Absolutely! ANY part of ANY design can be customized 100%. You can change colors, fonts, patterns, nameplates, etc. Simply use our designer to make your changes. Please read our terms and conditions before designing. We will not process orders containing nudity, profanity, or anything blasphemous. We reserve the right to cancel any order and remove any artwork that we deem inappropriate.

  • Can I add photos to an item?
    Absolutely! We LOVE to add photos! Just upload your photo using our designer. Please read our terms and conditions before designing.   • What is your return policy?
    Since all of our items are designed especially for you, with your own colors and personalization, we DO NOT accept returns or offer exchanges on any of our items. We always stand behind the quality of our products, though, so if there is ever any issue with the quality of an item, please contact us right away!

  • Can you guarantee a perfect color match?
    No, unfortunately, it is impossible to make any guarantees on color (as with anything you order online). Each monitor is different so colors may vary from what you see on your screen. Please be aware of this when ordering. We do not accept returns or exchanges in the event the color is not what you expected.

  • Color Disclaimer: As with ANYTHING you order online, colors may vary from what you see on your screen. Each monitor is different. Please be aware of this when ordering. We do not accept returns/exchanges for colors not matching your proof. Color Disclaimer: CHARCOAL is a very difficult color to get precise. Many factors come into play (material, printer, heat, pressure, lighting, etc. – Your charcoal may have a blue undertone, green undertone, purple undertone or even a brown undertone.) Please be aware of this when ordering. We do not accept returns/exchanges for colors not being what you anticipated.

  • Color Disclaimer: ALL colors will print differently on different materials (metal vs. fabric vs. carpet, etc). Please be aware that if you purchase multiple items made of different materials, the colors may differ. We do not accept returns on items if the colors aren’t identical, so please be aware of this when placing your order.
